By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Forward Maintenance Solutions, and "the site" means this website.

What this site is for

This site describes our services and lets you get in touch. It is provided for general information only.

Enquiries and quotes are not contracts

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a contract between us, and does not reserve crew, equipment or dates. Any pricing, scope, schedule or crew size discussed before a written agreement is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Work is carried out only under a written quote, purchase order or contract agreed by both parties, and the terms of that document govern the work.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Descriptions of services, capabilities and past work are general and may change. Nothing on this site is technical, engineering or safety advice, and it should not be relied on in place of a proper site-specific assessment.

Our content

The content on this site, including text, photographs, video, the Forward Maintenance Solutions name, logo and layout, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not copy, republish, sell or use our content or branding for any other purpose without our written permission.
